FORT WAYNE – Ivy Tech Community University set a statewide enrollment record for the summer time semester, with enrollment at the northeast Indiana campus mirroring the boom.

Statewide, the college’s summer time semester enrollment is 57,011 – up 17.2 percent compared with the very first day of summer time semester previous year, according to a statement from the school.

Ivy Tech-Northeast in Fort Wayne also set a record, enrolling 6,017 students, up nearly 16 % over final year’s summer time semester.
